Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioners was refused on 14.08.2018 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.1417 of 2018, an appeal under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 on merit of the case and the petitioners were directed to surrender within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the learned court below was directed to take appropriate step for apprehension of the petitioners. The petitioners have not surrendered and prayer is for extension of time to surrender.

Prayer is refused.
