BAJANTHRI) 08-01-2025 In the instant Miscellaneous Appeal, appellant has assailed the order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria, dated 29.11.2019 passed in Divorce Case No.73 of 2015.

2. Present Miscellaneous Appeal was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court wherein parties have entered into settlement on 20th December, 2024. The same has been recorded by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Signed copy of the same has been placed on record.

3. In view of this later development, the present Miscellaneous Appeal does not survive for consideration.

Patna High Court MA No.49 of 2020(10) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 Accordingly, the order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria, dated 29.11.2019 passed in Divorce Case No.73 of 2015, stands modified to the extent that parties have entered into settlement and the decision of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Khagaria, dated 29.11.2019 passed in Divorce Case No.73 of 2015, would not be binding upon the respective parties.

4. With the above observations, the present Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of.
