The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021 registered for offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(a-b)A, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2021, let the abovenamed petitioner be released after framing of charge or if charge has already been framed on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class Madhubani in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 179 of 2021. If the charge has not been framed, the trial court is directed to frame the charge in the present case and conclude the trial within a year
