The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 28C2 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Similarly situated co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 83484 of 2019 on 17.12.2019.
