JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application is filed for modification of order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62156 of 2022, by which petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in the first paragraph and the prayer portion of the bail application, the year of the P.S. Case Number has wrongly been typed as "P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021" in place of "P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022".

In view of the above submission, in the first and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12845 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 last paragraph of the order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62156 of 2022, let the words "P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021" be corrected to be read as "P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022" and also let the time to surrender of the above petitioners pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 28 of 2022 be further extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 06.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62156 of 2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification application is disposed of.
