2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 203 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 (1B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one cartridge has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 27.07.2023.

6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9556 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul in connection with Jadia P.S.
