Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in Pakribrawan P.S. Case No.112 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 22.06.2015, the informant got information about unknown dead body lying in the field. The informant reached there along with other police officials and found crowd near the dead body. The informant found headless body aged about 30-35 years.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. During investigation,

No.7122 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 name of the petitioner has come merely on suspicion on the plea that he is relative of Tikan Yadav and Tikan Yadav had difference with deceased for money transaction. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Pakribrawan P.S. Case No.112 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
