====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "That by this writ application the prayer of the petitioner is to issue an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions for payment of regular pension, arrear Pension and others admissible dues such as due salary for the period from 01-08-2012 to 30-06-2017, A.C.P. and G.P.F. from the date of retirement,

Patna High Court CWJC No.5350 of 2021(12) dt.12-12-2025 2/3 since 31-05-2019. The petitioner was retired from the post of Panchayat Secretary posted in Dighwara Block, Saran and further prays to this Hon'ble Court to pay the Rs. 12% interest and costs."

At this stage, learned counsel for the State by referring to paragraph-6 submits that the entire grievances have been redressed save and except benefits under the A.C.P. and as also with respect to G.P.F., if any, for which appropriate representation may be directed to be filed by the petitioner, which shall be adjudicated in terms of the applicable law.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner does not confront the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State and undertakes to file representation with supportive materials for grant of A.C.P. and as also with respect to G.P.F., if any, before the District Provident Fund Officer, Saran (respondent no. 5).

5. Considering the submissions of the parties, this Court is of the view that since substantial adjudication of the grievances of the petitioner has already been done and only benefits under A.C.P. and some amount under G.P.F. is pending, for which the petitioner proposes to file appropriate representation with all supportive materials.

6. Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5350 of 2021(12) dt.12-12-2025 3/3 file appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today with all supportive materials, in respect of the pending claims being benefits under A.C.P. and as also with respect to G.P.F., if any, which shall be adjudicated by the respondent no.5, within a period of six weeks thereafter and benefits, if it is found payable, the same shall also be extended to him within the same time.

7. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
