ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was refused bail by the order dated 18.12.2014 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 50636 of 2014. Considering the impugned order which shows that the accused persons are threatening the witnesses, I see no point in reviewing the earlier order refusing prayer for bail. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
