The contemnors have filed a show cause, wherein it has been stated that on account of an order dated 20.03.2021, passed by the learned Court of Munsiff, Bhabua in Title Suit No.687 of 2019, granting status quo in favour of the land encroachers, the encroachment has not been removed fully.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law

Patna High Court MJC No.234 of 2020(3) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 234 for redressal of her subsisting grievance, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
