2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 40 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from an open place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 287/2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
