Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that these petitioners have assaulted the informant by means of rod over the head and body of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 6415 of 2023(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple occurrence of maarpit took place between them in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Doctor has found no grievous injury on the vital part of the body. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No 150 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
