The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.237 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c)/21(c), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3.

As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 960 bottles (100 ml. each) of codeine from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the son of the informant was dealing in codeine. The petitioner is a lady and has been arrested form the house.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2024

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 7.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, NDPS Act, Purnea / concerned Court below, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
