JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 27-04-2022 The petitioner is seeking a direction from this Court, in exercise of power of judicial review under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to the respondents to provide to the petitioner certified copies of the relevant documents against an application made by him in relation to a panchayat election which the petitioner had contested.

The petitioner is also seeking a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1967 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 respondent No. 1 to get the matter enquired into by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) or Crime Investigation Department (CID) for illegal polling at Booths No. 69, 70, 71 and 72.

The matter relates to a Panchayat election. In our opinion, this writ application is frivolous. We, therefore, decline to entertain the nature of relief which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
