2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:- For restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 77516 of 2024 to its original file which was dismissed for default for non compliance of peremptory order dated 11.11.2024 passed by Hon'ble Court, the office dismissed the bail application on 25.11.2024.

3. Earlier the matter stands dismissed on 25.11.2024 for non-compliance of the order dated 11.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77516 of 2024.

4. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.4 to 6, the petition stands allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- to Bihar State Legal Services Authority.
