JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he skipped the boundary wall of the informant and assaulted the informant's sister and also made attempt to remove her clothes. Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.04.2015 and submission on his behalf is that a childish quarrel had taken place between the families of the petitioner and informant and due to the aforesaid reason, the informant lodged this case with exaggerated story. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
