2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 30.09.2024.
4. Earlier, vide order dated 16.05.2025, a report was called for from the learned trial court, which has been received and kept at flag 'A' and from perusal of the same, it appears that on 21.05.2025, charge has been framed and thereafter, case is pending for prosecution evidence.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case merely because he

6. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation that all the accused persons including this petitioner subjected her to cruelty and torture due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and ultimately, killed her.

However, considering the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2024. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
