JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear that earlier childish quarrel took place between the parties and in the aforesaid quarrel, one Ramashish Yadav sustained injury and, thereafter, prosecution party made complaint to the petitioners who, in retaliation, being armed with deadly weapons, came at the door of the informant and started pelting bricks and stones and in that course, petitioners and one co-accused Jagdish Yadav exhorted others to kill the prosecution party and, thereafter, Upendra Yadav opened fire, causing fire-arm
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36913 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 injury to Ajit Kumar, who was declared brought dead. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
