The petitioner was caught red-handed while taking bribe of Rs. 4000/-.

It is submitted that for the alleged offence he is in jail custody since 14.6.2015. The investigation has already been completed.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody of the petitioner, he (petitioner) above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge CBI, I Patna, in connection with CBI RC No. 08 (A)/ 2015 corresponding to Special Case no. 04/ 2015.
