The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30 and 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is of recovery of 115 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner stays in a joint family property and as such was not

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran in connection with Isuapur P.S.
