JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned trial court has reported that the case of the petitioner is pending for recording the defence evidence and therefore, it is obvious from the aforesaid report that trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 114 of 2006 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 556 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Barh, Patna is again rejected.

However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the above said case within two months from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34852 of 2015 (3) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 receipt/production of copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
