The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 964 of 2019 for offences under Sections 302/34 IPC.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the deceased with fists and slaps.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The deceased died due to cardiac arrest. There is land dispute between the parties. Considering the fact that the deceased died due to

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.
