The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the expert has been examined but the petitioners did not turn to cross-examine that witness.

In view of this fact, learned senior counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this civil miscellaneous petition with liberty to file petition in the court below to summon the expert for his cross-examination.

Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
