Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The report of the learned trial Judge reveals that the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

This petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death.

Earlier prayer for bail was refused vide order dated 19.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36393 of 2018. Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with S.T. No. 141 of 2018 arising out of Balrampur Police Station Case No. 237 of 2017.
