Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 135 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Taking into consideration that alleged recovery has not been made either from the possession of the petitioner or from his house rather the said recovery is said to be made from an open place and, furthermore, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned
