Mr.Dinesh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 04-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 427, 504, 506, 380, 448, 452, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he along with other F.I.R. named accused persons and some unknown entered into the house of the informant and looted the household articles and other belongs of the informant. The accused persons also made firing.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6818 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is counter version of the occurrence also. The other co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73229 of 2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is accused in more than ten other cases apart from the present one, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail. The learned Court below may consider the regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this Court and keeping in view the fact that other co-accused persons have
