JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and sections 4 and 5 of Explosive Substances Act.

On suspicion three persons were apprehended and on their disclosure huge quantity of explosive were recovered. They disclosed the name of several persons including the petitioner who were involved in storage of explosives.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery has been made from Anupam Kumar, Ram Janam Pal and Rakesh Kumar. It is further submitted that there is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36252 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No.821 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
