The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 09.04.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15866 of 2013 on the ground that the trial has not been concluded and in near future it is not likely to be concluded as only one prosecution witness has been examined and the petitioner is suffering in custody since 06.11.2012.
Finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2013 arising out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 224 of 2012 pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Gaya.
