JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 29.03.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in Complaint Case No.280 of 2016 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 380, 354 and 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of
