The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of the private respondent.

Mr. Kumar Ravish learned A.C. to G.A.1 informed that the petitioner has alternative remedy before the District Programme Officer to challenge the selection of the private respondent but without exhausting the alternative remedy that she has rushed to this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3059 of 2016 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in view of the alternative remedy so available to the petitioner, I am not persuaded to grant indulgence and the writ petition is disposed of affording liberty to the petitioner to exhaust the statutory remedy so available to her to question the appointment of the private respondent before the District Programme Officer who is stated to be the competent under the guidelines to dispose of any such grievance.

The writ petition is disposed of.
