Petitioner is in jail custody since 3.4.2015 on the accusation that he, having entered into the house of the informant, attempted to commit rape on her and also threatened her to pour petrol on her. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case no. 82/2015 pending in the court of Sri Anand Bhushan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra/ concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
