04-04-2019 Heard Sri Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pradeep Narain Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is accused in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 102 of 2018, corresponding to Special (NDPS) Case No. 13 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 20/22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's name has come in confessional statement of coaccused and as such, he requests for granting anticipatory bail. Fact remains that in this case, there is recovery of 71.9 kg. of Ganja.
