Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 (The District Magistrate, Madhubani) to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 31.12.2024 which is still pending for consideration before the respondent no.2 but the respondent no.2 has not disposed of

In view of the aforesaid, respondent no.2 (The District Magistrate, Madhubani) is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, if not disposed of as yet, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order after hearing all concerned, if required.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
