JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 which is followed by a supplementary show cause which encloses the communication dated 29.7.2017 whereby the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Teghra has rejected the application filed by the petitioner for sanction of his building plan inter alia on his failure to furnish documents so desired by the Executive Officer.

In the circumstances, the order passed by this Court in the writ petition stands complied and in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order so passed, the forum to question the same

Patna High Court MJC No.2059 of 2016 (4) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 would be otherwise than in a contempt proceeding. The petitioner shall be at liberty to exhaust the remedy so available to him to question the said order.

The contempt application is disposed of.
