JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 In view of the position emerging from the show cause filed on behalf of the Jharkhand State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and the payment already made to the petitioner, there is major compliance. The Corporation is directed to ensure that the issue relating to arrears of employees provident fund, which has already been calculated, must be forwarded to the concerned Employees Provident Fund authority so that the petitioner can derive the benefit of withdrawal by following the process.
It is made clear that the compliance, which has been made by the Corporation, is in terms of the direction issued by this
Patna High Court MJC No.1744 of 2017(3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 Court and not on the basis of question of law adjudicated with regard to the obligation of the Corporation and the period for which they have obligation.
Contempt application stands disposed off.
