The learned court below may cancel the bail bond, in case cogent evidence comes that the atrocities are being inflicted by the petitioner to the opposite party no. 2. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
