Though the present petition has been filed for review of the order dated 06.09.2022, passed in CWJC No.20975 of 2018, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, at the outset, that the petitioner herein is a landless person and he has already filed a title suit bearing Title Suit No.98 of 2018, before the learned Court of Sub-Judge, Areraj, East Champaran, hence he be granted liberty to pursue the same.
