The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners along with others and made allegation that the accused persons assaulted him and his family members.

It is submitted that FIR was lodged after four days of the occurrence. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Similarly situated accused Akbali Paswan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9501 of 2015 and the case of petitioners stands on the same footing.
