The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal code and Section 30(a) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 20.12.2019. Case No. 398 of 2019.
