2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 712 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 111 and 309(4) of the BNS, 2023.

3. Petitioner is accused of committing robbery. One country made pistol, cartridges and Rs. 8,31,200/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which is the part of the looted amount as the total loot was of Rs. 19,75,850/-.

4. Petitioner is in jail since 07.09.2024 and has two criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
