Considering the nature of order this Court intends to pass, this Court is not inclined either to adjourn the matter further or to issue notice to private respondent nos. 5 to 8. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to take necessary action against private respondent nos. 5 to 8 and to conduct the demarcation and measurement of the land appertaining to Plot No. 406, Khata No. 262, situated in Mauza Doghra, Circle Bihiya,

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the present writ application with a direction to respondent no.4, the Circle Officer, Bihiya to get the land in question measured and demarcated.

Learned A.C. to G.P.-15 submits that he is not having any objection to the confined prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4, the Circle Officer, Bihiya to get the land in question measured and demarcated, after giving due notice to all affected persons, in presence of all affected persons and the local Panchayat representatives, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
