2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Though the allegation is that she has been killed by the accused persons including the petitioner but during investigation it has come that the petitioner was working in Ankaleshwar, Gujarat and on the date of occurrence he was not present there. It has further come that the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM, 1st Class, Siwan/concerned Court in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 233 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
