Petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 405 of 2020 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 307, 353 of the I.P.C. and 25(1-b)A/26/35/27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court on 24.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63048 of 2019 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further he submits that charge has already been framed on 30.10.2021, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Case No. 235 of 2018.
