The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim made allegation of kidnapping of his daughter by the petitioner and other accused persons.

The victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and disclosed that Arun Kumar forcibly got her sitted in a vehicle and took her to different places. The petitioner was also inside the vehicle but the victim did not made any sorts of allegation against the petitioner. The victim moved place to place either through the vehicle or through the train but she did not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36525 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 raise any alarm.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran, Motihari in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
