2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

Patna High Court CWJC No.3015 of 2020 dt.27-02-2020 2/2 "That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions to the respondent authorities and for quashing the Letter No1613 dated 26/12/2019 issued under signature of Circle Officer, Rafiganj, Aurangabad (Respondent No- 5) by which construction of house of the petitioner over the Plot No- 925, 926 & 1739, Khata No-19, Thana No-418, Area- 3 Dismil, Mouza- Charkawan Mahmud, Rafiganj, District- Aurangabad, has been stayed an allow the petitioner to construct house over the aforesaid land and for taking necessary action against the erring officers in accordance with law."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ application be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. It goes without saying that the petitioner may take steps before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for any grievance which she may have.
