This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Town P.S. Case No. 704 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been granted bail under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C., therefore, this bail petition has become infructuous.
