Petitioner is named in the F.I.R but no specific overt act has been attributed against him and it is apparent from perusal of the first information report that Suresh Paswan and Baua Paswan, gave fatal blow to the deceased.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.Case No. 43 of 2015.
