The present writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent- authorities to grant benefit of 2nd A.C.P. to the petitioner w.e.f. 01.04.2013 i.e. after completion of 24 years of service.

Learned counsel for the respondents, by referring to paragraph no. 4 of the counter affidavit, submits that petitioner, who has now retired, has already been granted benefits of 2nd A.C.P. w.e.f. 01.04.2013, after completion of 24 years of service, vide office order no. 5003 dated 31.12.2018.
