JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The stolen vehicle is said to have been recovered from hut of one Raman Singh and for the aforesaid recovery, Lakhisarai P.S.Case No.409 of 2013 was registered and petitioner was granted bail in the aforesaid case.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that one coaccused namely, Mustak Khan, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi
