Petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No.442 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that villagers caught the petitioner while committing theft and handed over to the police. It is alleged that various articles have been recovered from his possession.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has made any claim over the aforesaid articles and no case has been filed for the same. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge 13 cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.
